Define Your Values
Bohemia Amsterdam sponsored ‘Change The World’,an EO Netherlands event. Why? Because we’re about sharing. There is no value in things you keep to yourself. ‘Change The World’ is a part of the Entrepreneurs Organization annual University. This needs some explanation.
What is Entrepreneurs Organization?
EO is a dynamic, global network of more than 8,000 business owners in 40 countries. Founded in 1987 by a group of young entrepreneurs, EO is the catalyst that enables entrepreneurs to learn and grow from each other, leading to greater business success and an enriched personal life. Membership in one of EO’s 120 chapters is by invitation only.
What is the connection between EO and Bohemia?
Marco de Boer is a board member of the Dutch Chapter and responsible for the Fora.
What’s a University?
Basically 500 members get together somewhere in the world to listen, learn and share ideas with the icons of todays society. At the Amsterdam EO University the speakers list was just amazing. Besides speakers like Prof. Yunus and Severin Suzuki, members could also listen to Kofi Annan, Michael Gorbatsjov and Julian Assange. These are just a few from the long list of famous speakers that came to Amsterdam.
What is Change The World?
To show the relevance of a global culture. To stand up and actually change the world EO Netherlands decide to make room for non-EO-member to get in touch with the entrepreneurial spirit. Bohemia invited 10 of their most prominent relations to experience the Change.
Sharing is growth.
